Yes. We accept pick-up online order. Please select "Pickーup” option at payment method page and DO NOT fill your billing address.
We work with 1Courier local delivery company. Their speciality is within GTA area. Although, they might deliver furthermore. To check if they can deliver to the location you pick, please fill the address in checkout page. You also can see delivery fee. As long as you do not complete your order, you can go back to previous page. Please feel free to test it out.
No. Under regulations, we can ship within Ontario Canada.

NO. There is no delivery time option. Your package will be delivered the day you selected anytime by 5pm. Please make sure the recipient is in the location to receive package in face. If you have a delivery instruction to let a driver reach to you, please leave a note in checkout page.
Yes. As soon as we completed ship-out process you will receive an email with tracking number.
Most of our products are perishable. To deliver perishable products safely, we use Famu insulated bag and an icepack to keep it in low temperature. Even if you order Non perishable products such as charcoal, you still need to purchase the Famu insulated bag. If you do not want to purchase the Famu insulated bag, please select Pick-up option and you can be refunded $6 in cash at store.
Once your order is processed you will receive an automated email confirmation. The email will include the following details: items ordered, your order number and delivery date. Please check your junk or spam folders for this email if you do not see it in your inbox.
