Yes. We accept online pick-up order. Please select "Pick-up" option on the payment method page and please DO NOT fill out your billing address.

We work with a local delivery company for Same Day service within the GTA, and with Fedex for 2 day service covering big cities in Ontario. To check if your location can be covered or not, please simply fill out the address in the checkout page and see if your location can be covered (you can also see the delivery fee here). Please simply go back to the previous page when you want to cancel as the order will not be processed unless you confirm the order. You can also check our shipping policy to check whether your area is covered.

No. Under the regulations, we can only ship within the province of Ontario Canada.

No. We are unable to accommodate the time request. For Same Day Service, your package will be delivered anytime between 12 pm to 5 pm on the date you've chosen. For 2 days service, your package will be delivered at maximum 8 pm on the date you've chosen.
Please make sure that the recipient is in the location to receive the package in face, or else we are going to leave the package in front of your door and taking picture as delivery proof. If you have any delivery instructions, for example door buzzer or parking instruction, please leave a note in the checkout page, and also please fill in your contact number, so that the driver can reach you when it is necessary.

Yes. As soon as the order has been completed ship-out process, the email with the package tracking number will be sent to you.

Most of our products are perishable. To deliver perishable products safely, we use Famu insulated bag with an ice pack to keep it in a low temperature. The Famu insulated bag is also required for the non-perishable products such as charcoal. If you wish not to purchase this bag, please select "pick-up" option and the Famu insulated bag will be refunded from your order list when your order is ready for Pick-up. 

Once your order is processed you will receive an automated email confirmation. This email will include the following details: items ordered, your order number and the delivery date. Please check your junk/spam folders for this email if you do not see this in your inbox.

Yes. Please send us an email to online@famu.ca at least 1 day before the delivery date. To cancel your entire order, you will be applied the cancellation fee of $10.00.
