Dry Aged
This is Famu's selection of the best Canadian Prime grade Beef, which we dry-age for 45-60 days in our facility, covered in our house-made Wagyu Tallow. This aging process allows us to bring out the beef's inherently buttery taste and intensify the beefy flavour.
We offer 4 different variations for you to choose from: Boneless ribeye, bone-in rib steak, long bone rib steak (aka Tomahawk) and our classic standing Rib roast, which is perfect for any celebration big or small. Come enjoy the best that Canada has to offer!
