2 Days Service is only delivering on Tue - Friday, so any ordered received by Wednesday to Sunday will be processed on Tuesday the next week.

Pickup Order
When you pick up your order, please bring valid photo ID, credit card used for payment, and your confirmation email to the store for pick up. Confirm store hours for pick up times.
If you identified an alternate person to pick up your items during checkout, please forward them the email and ask this person to bring it to the store with a valid form of ID.
Our staff will check validity of your ID and your credit card before giving your products. We will show the quality and condition of each products when you received it. Then, you need to sign a consent form that mentioned that you already received the products and accept the condition as it is.
Famu insulated bag ($8.00)
Most of our products are perishable. To deliver perishable products safely, we use Famu insulated bag and an icepack to keep it in low temperature. Even if you order non perishable products such as charcoal, you still need to purchase the Famu insulated bag. If you do not want to purchase the Famu insulated bag, please select Pick-up option and you can be refunded in cash at store or online.
Receiving Package
We estimated that our delivery around GTA (Next Day Service) will be arrived at 5 pm, or at 8 pm for area outside GTA (2 Days Service). Upon receiving package, you can use our tracker or be ready to receive it yourselves. In the condition that no one present to receive the package, our driver will place the package in front of your door and take a picture as a receiving proof.
